Your Rights regarding Cancellation
1.Right to Cancel
1.1 : Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days after the day you purchase it, without giving a reason.
1.2 : Work During Cooling-Off Period:If any work on the installation of your purchased product has started within the 7-day cooling-off period with your prior written consent, you will be liable for any reasonable costs we have incurred up to the point of cancellation.
This may include, but is not limited to, costs for materials purchased, labour used, and permits obtained.
2. Cancellation Fee
2.1 : If you cancel your purchase after the cooling off period but before the date of install, you will forfeit your deposit payment. This fee reflects the reasonable costs we have incurred in processing your order, making arrangements for installation, and securing materials.
3. Exceptions to Cancellation Fee:
You will not be required to pay the cancellation fee if you cancel your pruchase due to any of the following reasons:
We have failed to perform our obligations under a signed Agreement (e.g.., incorrect installation, faulty equipment).
We have made a material misrepresentation that induced you to enter into the Agreement.
You are unable to fulfil your obligations under the signed Agreement due to a change in circumstances beyond your reasonable control
(e.g.., moving house unexpectedly).
4. Payment and Refund
If you have paid any additional sums beyond the deposit and cancel within the 7-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of cancellation. If you cancel after the 7-day cooling-off period but before any work has begun, you will receive a refund of any additional sums paid minus the agreed deposit forfeiture.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
